THE TEAM The mission of the Retail Technology (Retail Solution Delivery) Department is to design, build, deliver and operate robust, efficient, and scalable Retail technology solutions that align with our strategic business and technology goals. THE OPPORTUNITY Aritzia is growing and our Retail Solution Delivery Department is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to join the team that champions domain-specific needs and partners with the business to design, deliver, and operate solutions, translating enterprise strategy into Retail Technology strategy. You will deliver the successful completion of the highest quality project deliverables, on time and on budget. You will leverage your project management expertise to facilitate all technology-related activities required to successfully open business-ready world-class boutiques, and partner with business experts and cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and integrate technology solutions that enable seamless store operations from day one, all within a dynamic and rapidly evolving retail landscape. THE ROLE As IT Project Manager, New Boutique Openings, Retail Technology, you will lead the team to: Facilitate the seamless opening of business-ready world class boutiques, leveraging the best project delivery methodologies across the organization for the highest project success. Deliver projects that leverage flexible and scalable systems and data as a business advantage. Maximize value of our boutique openings by Defining the right scope Aligning the right talent and capacity Managing risks and approach changes Forecasting and proactively resolving issues Tracking progress effectively Ensuring alignment with corporate objectives THE QUALIFICATIONS The IT Project Manager, New Boutique Openings, Retail Technology has: Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in: IT project management for multi site retail, construction, or infrastructure deployments, including scheduling, budgeting, scope definition, and cross functional coordination Network and infrastructure ISP/OSP coordination, structured cabling, network equipment installation, site surveys, rack & stack, commissioning Vendor and partner management, including RFP/RFI processes, contract reviews, SOW validation, performance tracking, and operational handoff. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business THE COMPENSATION The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $300,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus. Requirements
