As an Infrastructure and Technology Project Manager, you will be instrumental in leading complex technology and infrastructure projects, acting as a vital link between strategy, execution, and delivery excellence.
Your role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams across various regions to implement enterprise-scale solutions that enhance resilience, efficiency, and user experience. We seek a hands-on delivery leader who can transform strategy into tangible results, ensuring technology changes are executed on schedule, within scope, and to the highest standards.
The Role
Project & Delivery Management
- Lead the complete delivery cycle of global technology and infrastructure projects, from initiation through to handover.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring milestones are met.
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks, actively resolving issues and dependencies.
- Promote the adoption of Agile, DevOps, and other contemporary delivery methodologies.
Stakeholder & Team Leadership
- Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and external vendors.
- Encourage collaboration across various teams and time zones.
- Organize regular team reviews, retrospectives, project updates, and steering sessions to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Guide teams to foster a culture of delivery discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Technical Leadership
- Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Security, Business, and Operations teams to turn problem statements into actionable delivery plans.
- Maintain a solid understanding of key infrastructure technologies to facilitate informed discussions and decisions (e.g., Azure, Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, pipelines, networking, monitoring, and logging tools).
- Ensure adherence to information security, data privacy, and operational standards.
Vendor & Financial Management
- Manage relationships with vendors, including contracts and budgets related to assigned projects.
- Oversee procurement activities, encompassing quotes, purchase orders, and invoicing.
Qualifications
The Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in technical delivery, infrastructure project management, or engineering leadership roles within large, global organizations.
- Skills & Expertise:
- Proven ability to deliver large-scale, cross-functional technology projects.
- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in roadmap development, prioritization, and delivery planning.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks and project tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, SharePoint, Visio, MS Office Suite).
- Experience in vendor management and financial oversight.
Preferred:
- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or SAFe.
- Experience in end user services (DaaS, VDI, Endpoint Management).
- Background in technical product management or delivery of large global infrastructure solutions.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are provided in line with various state/local pay transparency legislation. Salaries may vary for individuals in the same role based on factors like location, personal competencies, educational background, professional certifications, experience, performance, and potential for revenue generation (for Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range for this role is $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 USD annually, and it is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
