Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects at once, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Analyze diverse data sources to support project insights.
  • Conduct budget analyses and financial forecasting to guide project decisions.
  • Review financial statements and create budgets tailored to client operations.
  • Develop and implement work plans that comply with relevant laws and fulfill client needs.
  • Engage effectively with clients to understand and address their requirements.
  • Collaborate with data analysts and fellow project managers for project success.
  • Prepare and present analytical findings and proposals through impactful reports and presentations.
  • Assist clients in public outreach initiatives, creating educational materials and conducting informational workshops.
  • Be a reliable team player with the ability to work independently when required.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by being open to working some nights and weekends.
  • Work in a hybrid setting that includes remote work, in-person client engagements, and collaboration at an Accenture office or center.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven self-starter with a professional attitude and the capability to maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, accompanied by superior active listening abilities.
  • Adaptability and a continuous learning mindset are essential.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to leverage acquired knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Bonus Points

  • At least 2 years of experience in finance, budgeting, fiscal analysis, management, or economic forecasting preferred.
