Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• Planning and implementation of IT infrastructure projects - From analysis and conception to successful implementation of modern IT solutions.
• Maintenance and optimization of existing systems - Ensuring performance, updating, and continuous development of the IT infrastructure.
• Technical support for customers (1st & 2nd Level) - Analysis and resolution of issues, as well as direct support for IT problems.
• Collaboration with internal teams - Close coordination with other departments to develop and implement innovative digital solutions.
• Ensuring IT security and stability - Implementation of security measures, as well as monitoring and securing IT environments.

Qualifications

• You love challenges in a dynamic and constantly changing IT environment.
• You want to develop further with a motivated team and grow with complex tasks.
• You are curious, open to new technologies, and enjoy developing solutions independently.
• You have completed IT training (EFZ or comparable, ideally in system technology).
• You already have solid experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Intune, SharePoint, Power Apps).
• You enjoy the conception and implementation of Windows or Linux server environments.
• Cyber Security is an area you are passionate about.
• You have good knowledge in the area of networks (e.g., Palo Alto Firewalls, Netskope) or are willing to acquire it.
• First experiences with Kubernetes and/or Dynamics 365 are an advantage - and you want to expand your knowledge.
• You communicate confidently in German (written and spoken) and can also actively contribute in English.
