Overview

You will work in a technically versatile environment and can develop professionally, also in part-time from 60%. In this role, you will ensure that applications run stably in complex on-premises infrastructures and support their operation and further development. You will work with container solutions, classic server landscapes, and common programming languages. You will benefit from short decision-making paths, a learning-friendly team, and clear onboarding structures.

Your Tasks

• Install and operate applications in heterogeneous infrastructures and monitor their runtime
• Administer Windows and Linux servers including patch management and configuration maintenance
• Optimize network access and authorization structures to improve availability and performance
• Use container and orchestration solutions such as Kubernetes, Docker or OpenShift and maintain deployments
• Support compliance with security and compliance requirements and implement measures
• Work closely with developers to coordinate operational requirements and rollouts
• Document operational processes, created playbooks and contribute to continuous improvement

Your Profile

• First practical experience in system administration or IT operations, e.g. from internships or first jobs
• Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux and ability to perform administration tasks
• Previous exposure to container technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker
• Basic knowledge in a backend language such as Java or C# and understanding of deployment pipelines
• Structured, willing to learn and enjoy communicating with colleagues from development and operations
• Open to part-time models and proactive in onboarding
