Role

Do you want to do more than just operate systems – do you want to actively support clients with their IT challenges? In this role, you will analyze requirements, develop suitable solutions, and implement them directly with the client. You will operate between technology and consulting, manage IT infrastructures independently, and ensure that systems run stably, securely, and performantly. You will work both on-site and remotely, taking responsibility for the entire technical support process.

Responsibilities

• You analyze customer requirements and develop tailor-made IT solutions from them
• You implement, operate, and maintain networks, servers, and complex IT systems
• You independently support and advise clients on-site and remotely and take on technical responsibility
• You ensure that systems are operated performantly, stably, and securely at all times
• You conduct training for clients on various IT topics and impart your knowledge in a practical way
• You plan your assignments independently and coordinate your technical tasks autonomously

Qualifications

• You have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification
• You ideally have Microsoft certifications in the IT environment
• You have experience with server, network, and virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
• You enjoy working independently and have a passion for direct customer contact
• You plan your work in a structured manner and take responsibility for your tasks
• You communicate confidently and fluently in German, both spoken and written
