Abalobi Solutions is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer (Expert) to join a cutting-edge global technology environment focused on enterprise AI platforms and conversational AI systems. This role is ideal for a highly skilled cloud and platform engineering specialist with strong expertise in Kubernetes, AI infrastructure, automation, and scalable cloud-native environments.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end infrastructure landscapes for Conversational AI platforms
• Design, implement, and operate scalable and secure AI runtime environments
• Serve as the technical bridge between Product, Development, Data Science, and Operations teams
• Define infrastructure standards, reference architectures, and operational guardrails
• Ensure reliability, performance, and availability of AI platforms
• Support incident management and root cause analysis
• Enable compliant onboarding of new AI use cases and teams
• Drive automation across CI/CD, provisioning, monitoring, and recovery processes
• Contribute to platform roadmap discussions from an infrastructure perspective
• Mentor engineers and improve DevOps and infrastructure engineering maturity

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of infrastructure, platform engineering, or DevOps experience
• Proven enterprise platform operations experience
• Hands-on cloud-native and Kubernetes production experience
• Exposure to AI/ML platform support environments
• Experience working within international and cross-functional teams
• Strong balance between speed, stability, and compliance in problem-solving approaches
