Overview

You will work in a technical IT team on modern infrastructure projects with a focus on Microsoft ecosystems and virtualization. You will have a lot of scope for the further development of the system landscape and actively participate in automation and stability measures. With us, you can deepen your knowledge in server and network administration and participate in cross-departmental IT projects. Your Responsibilities

• Plan and operate the server and virtualization environment, including performance checks
• Configure and manage network technology and security components such as firewalls and VPNs
• Monitor system availability using monitoring tools and initiate optimizations
• Automate recurring processes with PowerShell or comparable script solutions
• Participate in IT projects and coordinate with departments for the integration of new technologies
• Maintain and create system documentation and operating instructions
• Coordinate external service providers for technical rollouts and maintenance work

Your Profile

• Completed IT training, a relevant degree, or comparable practical experience
• Good knowledge of Microsoft server environments and directory services
• Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware and similar solutions
• Proficient in handling network technology, firewalls, and VPN concepts
• Initial experience with automation scripts, preferably PowerShell
• Analytical working style, team orientation, and clear communication skills
• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
