We are currently working on an opportunity for a Microsoft Teams Infrastructure Engineer to support a large-scale enterprise collaboration environment. MUST BE Microsoft Teams Collaboration Certified

This role is focused on Teams deployment, optimization, and user experience, working across video, voice, and collaboration tools in a complex, policy-driven environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting Microsoft Teams infrastructure across meetings, collaboration, and voice
• Setting up and supporting video devices and meeting room technologies (MTR / CVI)
• Managing resource configuration and overall platform performance
• Analyzing meeting logs and improving call quality and user experience
• Building and maintaining call quality dashboards and reporting
• Supporting integrations with enterprise applications and Microsoft APIs
• Working with networking and cloud collaboration tools to ensure reliability and performance

What We Are Looking For

• Microsoft Teams Collaboration Certification
• Experience with Teams meeting technologies (MTR, CVI, video devices)
• Strong understanding of call quality, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate)
• Solid networking fundamentals in a collaboration environment
• Experience with application integrations and Microsoft APIs

Nice to Have

• Experience working in large enterprise Teams deployments
• Exposure to governance, security, and compliance within Microsoft 365
• Experience supporting phased rollouts or large-scale collaboration initiatives
