Role: Infrastructure Engineer

The mission

• Build the backend and infrastructure layer for a specialist intelligence platform
• Support high-volume data, model deployment and customer-facing products
• Help scale systems used by expert technical users across mission-critical markets
• Join a high-agency engineering team in Switzerland

The role

• Design and build backend services, APIs and infrastructure
• Support deployment of advanced models into production environments
• Improve scalability, latency, reliability and internal tooling
• Work across cloud, data systems and engineering workflows
• Contribute to technical direction and architecture decisions

The profile

• 5+ years in backend, platform or infrastructure engineering
• Strong Python experience
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD and production systems
• Comfortable working with data-heavy products
• Strong bias for shipping, ownership and pragmatic engineering
