As an IT Engineer specializing in network and security infrastructures, you will be integrated into the Internet and Cloud Access Squad and will actively participate in various projects and tasks related to the company's critical infrastructures.

Your Main Missions

• Participation in Infrastructure Projects: Collaborate with the team to design, implement, and maintain network infrastructures, particularly Proxies, Sandbox, and Firewall systems.
• Operational Support: Assist in resolving incidents related to network infrastructures and contribute to proactive monitoring of network performance.
• Optimization and Security: Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools related to network infrastructures, while ensuring the security and compliance of network environments.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, operational procedures, and resolved incidents. Produce periodic reports on network performance and trends.
• Agile Collaboration: Participate in Agile team meetings, share progress and obstacles encountered, and contribute to problem-solving collaboratively.

Your Profile

Graduated from higher education in IT or information systems, you have solid experience in managing and configuring network and system infrastructures, as well as in project management in complex environments undergoing transformation.

Technical Skills:

• Configuration and management of network infrastructures (LAN, WIFI, WAN, proxies, security equipment, etc.) and system environments (Windows, Linux, ESX)
• Experience in IT project management (V-Cycle or Agile methodologies) and a good command of ITIL processes and ITSM tools
• Monitoring, diagnosis, and optimization of network and system performance, using automation and orchestration (Python, PowerShell, Bash, Ansible)
• Good knowledge of Thales's IS/IT organization and its specific environment

Soft Skills:

• Strong motivation for agile and digital environments that promote collaboration and break down silos
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and interact with key stakeholders
• Analytical mind, autonomy, and problem-solving orientation
