We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of business, operational, and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage complex projects end to end, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and deliver high‑quality results that drive measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, define, and deliver business, operational, and technology projects from initiation through closure
• Ensure all projects are delivered with clearly defined scope, high quality standards, and quantifiable business outcomes
• Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies
• Define and track project milestones, maintaining and reporting on overall project status and progress
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
• Manage change requests effectively to maximize business value
• Tailor project management processes to meet the specific needs of each engagement
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to foster strong collaboration and alignment
• Prepare for and facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear decisions, accountability, and follow‑up actions
• Promote a positive, results‑driven approach to achieving project and organizational objectives

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience leading large, complex, cross‑functional initiatives
• Strong experience in Infrastructure focused delivery projects.
• Demonstrated success driving projects to completion on time and within scope and budget
• Solid working knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks
• Hands‑on experience with project management tools such as MS Project or Jira
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, facilitation, and conflict‑resolution skills
• Proven ability to motivate teams, set direction, and hold stakeholders accountable
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced environments with ambiguity and limited information
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization

PMP and/or CSM certification preferred
