Join Our Team as an Infrastructure Project Manager!

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Infrastructure Project Manager to take the lead on our technical initiatives. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful management and execution of projects related to infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and implementation of infrastructure projects, ensuring all milestones are met on schedule and within budget.
• Act as the main point of contact for project-related issues, maintaining strong relationships with IT resources, management teams, and business partners.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including work breakdown, cost estimation, scheduling, and tracking of technical progress.
• Lead and guide project teams, providing coaching and mentorship to junior staff.
• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to develop and implement high-quality software systems and applications.
• Drive enterprise software architecture and manage the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Implement process improvements that optimize operational efficiency and enhance customer service.
• Conduct thorough analyses to identify operational challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality communications for internal and client-facing audiences.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of experience in Medicaid programs, including support for provider enrollment systems and system implementations.
• Experience with process management tools such as Jira and change request management.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
• Experience with writing SQL queries and prior development experience.

Salary Information

The compensation range for this role is $100,000.00 to $175,000.00, commensurate with experience.
