Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert Level 2/3 support for infrastructure issues
• Develop hardening practices for IT operations
• Maintain a detailed CMDB inventory for all components
• Generate weekly KPI reports on cybersecurity metrics
• Conduct training sessions on security software and mobile platforms

Requirements

• Expert-level knowledge of Meraki solutions
• Proficient with CrowdStrike and Microsoft Intune
• Strong experience with Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Minimum 2 years in IT focused on Information Security
• Valid driver's license for site travel
