Created in 2013, Prime Engineering operates in the field of engineering and project management consulting, and now has over 700 employees across our 10 agencies (Paris, Lyon, Nantes, Lille, Aix, Bordeaux, Grenoble, Tours, Warsaw, and Toulouse). Labeled "Great Place To Work" since 2016, Prime Engineering is now one of the major players in operational consulting in Engineering in France.

The Prime Engineering team is composed of 80% engineers. Each year, we recruit an average of 100 engineers into our teams: 1/3 of these recruitments are recent graduates from French engineering schools. They work on design, study, and project monitoring projects for the technical departments of the largest players in the Energy, Industries, Transport Infrastructure, and Building sectors.

The Job

As a Business Engineer, you are the pillar of the company: our growth depends on you! Your role is to initiate and develop business with industrial companies, exclusively large accounts, by building relationships based on trust. You will report to an Experienced Manager who will support you towards success throughout your career. You have a taste for entrepreneurship, for exceeding yourself, and wish to evolve rapidly within a fast-growing company.

With the objective of developing your own Business Unit, your role is multifaceted:

• Business Development: Create your partner portfolio, prospect new clients, understand and respond to client needs, prepare offers, conduct commercial negotiations and respond to tenders, contract and retain clients.
• Recruitment: Identify and recruit your team of engineer consultants (sourcing, phone screening, conducting job interviews), conduct technical presentation meetings with your partners, draft and present the employment contract, carry out employee onboarding.
• Team Management: Monitor and supervise your team of consultants from a human and technical perspective on a daily basis (project progress meetings, annual reviews, etc.), develop your teams, ensure the safety and protection of employees on projects.

Your professional development is paramount to us. That's why, after validating your skills as a Business Engineer, you will be led to evolve into positions with strong managerial and commercial responsibilities (Department Manager, then Business Unit Manager, and finally Branch Manager).

Profile

• Are you preparing your final year of Bac+5 studies at an engineering or management school?
• Do you have good interpersonal skills, are you dynamic, motivated, and do you have a taste for entrepreneurship?
• Do you want to manage your own profit center and be responsible for your professional development?

You will benefit from a 6-month training plan to develop your skills. You will report to the Branch Manager who will support you towards success throughout your career.
