In this role, you bridge the gap between business units and Data Engineering teams to design and industrialize data usage. You work on defining needs and data modeling within a modern data ecosystem to ensure data quality, traceability, and availability. You contribute to pipeline design and reporting via dashboards, adapting to an agile framework and the industrial environment. You join a team focused on governing flows and supporting business units with reliable insights.

Compensation / Benefits

• Specify business needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications for Data Engineering
• Perform data analysis and modeling (bronze/silver/gold) and ensure quality and traceability
• Participate in the design and optimization of ETL/ELT pipelines (Airflow, dbt, Flink, Kafka) and validate data
• Create reports and dashboards to monitor data quality and availability
• Communicate with business units to align data with operational needs

Responsibilities

• Graduate of an engineering school or university program (Bac+5)
• At least 4 years of experience in Data Analysis or Data Business Analysis
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary squad
• Rigor, autonomy, and pedagogical skills to explain data challenges
• Proficiency in SQL and PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of Kafka, Flink, Airflow, dbt
• Understanding of modern data architectures (batch/streaming/event-driven)
• Sensitivity to performance and scalability
• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork in an agile scrum environment
• Autonomy and technological curiosity
