About

Reporting to the Industrial Performance and Strategy department within the French Industrial Division, you will act as a Data Analyst Supply S&OP, supporting S&OP cycles. Your main missions will be to ensure data reliability, produce analyses, propose production and delivery plans necessary for decision-making, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the process.

Thanks to your skills, you will propose production plan scenarios over the S&OP horizon based on the demand plan and associated scenarios.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, validate and enter the necessary data in the S&OP tool to model different scenarios of response to demand and identify/quantify associated constraints
  • Ensure data reliability and harmonization from different environments and stakeholders related to the S&OP process
  • Produce the various supply indicators useful for the S&OP process
  • Carry out simulations and arbitration scenarios (internal and external capacity, stock levels, customer service, costs...)
  • Participate in the preparation of S&OP reviews
  • Participate in analyses (impact of bottlenecks, late delivery forecasts...) and recommendations for the supply review (capacity investment sizing, pre-production, smoothing, demand staggering...)
  • Propose improvements to S&OP tools, indicators, and process

The position is based in Bourges with occasional travel to Plessis Robinson or Selle Saint Denis.

Qualifications

  • A Bac +5 degree in data analysis or production management
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Supply Chain Analyst, Data Analyst, or S&OP Analyst role
  • Proficiency in S&OP/IBP concepts, Supply Chain, demand forecasting, and production planning
  • Experience with data visualization or simulation tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills are your strength
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams (Demand, Supply Chain, Planning, Production, Finance, Operations...)
