ATHEA develops sovereign platforms for massive data processing (Big Data) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), serving the challenges of defense, security, and digital sovereignty.

In this context, we are looking for a Lead AI & Data Engineer to participate in the development, industrialization, and evolution of our analytical platform while playing a structuring role in technical coherence and AI innovation.

As a "Lead AI & Data Engineer", you play a central role in the data processing chain and ATHEA's sovereign platform's AI offering. You contribute to the platform's technological vision while supporting teams in Data and AI evolutions.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Contributing, in conjunction with architects, to the definition of the platform's data and AI architecture.
• Contributing to ensuring the quality and performance of the ARTEMIS.IA platform.
• Contributing to ensuring the security, traceability, and governance of data in a sovereign environment.
• Proposing evolutions to the platform in Data and AI.
• Carrying out or supervising POCs to validate these evolutions.
• Carrying out or supervising POCs for the implementation of AI processing for the client and for the IS.
• Contributing to implementing AI solutions for our clients and for ATHEA's products.
• Training the client on ARTEMIS.IA and more generally on Data and AI concepts.
• Carrying out technological watch on AI tools.
• Participating in the continuous improvement of data ingestion, cleaning, and transformation processes.
• Contributing to defining technical standards, development practices, and technological orientations in AI within ATHEA.
• Contributing to sharing AI orientations within ATHEA and ensuring the consistency of approaches used on the platform (workshops, feedback).

Qualifications

Graduated in Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, or equivalent, you have first experience in the AI sector and modern data architectures (Data Lake, streaming, batch).

You are proficient in Python and SQL.

You have already worked with Docker or Kubernetes.

You are recognized for your teamwork and excellent communication skills.

You are sensitive to data sovereignty, security, and confidentiality issues.

A professional level of English is essential for this position.
