About

To strengthen our team around our AI offering, we are looking for an AI Engineer profile. The objectives are to design, experiment and integrate artificial intelligence components (generative AI, LLMs, NLP, Computer vision…) into the solutions we develop for our clients, but also into our own internal tools to support technical teams on a daily basis.

You will work in collaboration with our developers, our project managers and our technical referents, to identify concrete use cases and contribute to their implementation.

Responsibilities

You will be involved in the entire value chain: from the identification of the use case to the production of complete AI systems:

• Implement AI models (conversational agents, NLP, classification, forecasting, …) and integrate AI solutions into applications that we develop or maintain.
• Adapt, fine-tune and integrate sovereign or Open Source AI models (Mistral, LLaMA, GPT-OSS …) in On-Premise environments.
• Industrialize & LLMOps: prompt versioning, AI CI/CD, deployments, monitoring, model management.
• Integrate APIs, microservices, AI / Data / Backend architectures.
• Analyze needs, understand business issues and design GenAI systems to meet them: transform POCs into reusable assets, set up RAG pipelines, agents, multi-step orchestrations, automate business workflows (testing, documentation, code generation).
• Collaborate with project teams (designers, developers, architects, testers…) to design robust AI architectures.
• Contribute to the dissemination of AI culture: POCs on new approaches, contribution to internal AI culture (demos, workshops, training, support).

Qualifications

• More than 4 years of experience in AI / Data / Software Engineering, with AI systems already in production.
• Technical skills: Python (essential), LLMs, RAG, Prompt engineering and agents, SQL / Vector DB, vLLM, NLP, predictive modeling, Airflow, GitLab CI/CD, Docker.
• Knowledge of sovereign AI models and tools (Mistral AI, Hugging Face, LightOn…).

What will make the difference: experience with AI agents or advanced RAG, product mindset, ability to go beyond the model to build a complete system.
