What you'll do:

Delivery

• Contribute to the full product cycle: ideation, development, deployment, measurement
• Define and drive delivery milestones with product/engineering alignment
• Communicate new features internally and to clients

Technical

• Build high-performance web interfaces for business leaders in Africa
• Drive architectural decisions (scalability, observability, modularity)
• Apply best security practices in a regulated environment
• Ensure code quality through tests, documentation, and reviews

Leadership

• Mentor junior engineers (pair-programming, code review, feedback)
• Represent engineering in cross-functional discussions (Finance, Ops, Management)
• Define and maintain team standards for technical excellence

Requirements:

• 5 years minimum experience (ideal: 8-10 years)
• TypeScript

• Startup experience Seed Series B/C
• Truly full-stack (front AND back)
• Fluent French and English
