LGM is the historical entity of the Group, it’s where it all started 30 years ago. Today, LGM has nearly 1100 employees in France and internationally, who analyze, optimize and manage the design, operation and maintenance of complex systems (a rocket launcher, a railway station, a nuclear reactor, a submarine, etc.).

Your Role

Reporting to the South-East Directorate, which has over 230 employees, under the responsibility of a Project Manager and integrated into a team, you will be responsible for all or part of the development and/or monitoring of Cost, Deadline, Risk Performance references for operation, R&D, renovation, construction and decommissioning/dismantling projects of nuclear facilities at the Marcoule center. As a real support to the project owner in project management, you will be responsible for controlling the schedule, budget, monitoring risk management action plans and performance monitoring.

You will play a central role within the projects, interacting regularly with technical managers and project management.

Responsibilities

Cost Management:

• Creation, consolidation, monitoring of project budget references (optimization of project management tools).
• Writing budget assumption notes (specific cost studies).

Project Management:

• Development of client action plans (preparation and participation in progress meetings with project management).
• Reporting (progress reports, dashboards & indicators).
• Impact analysis and scenario establishment (proposal of adapted solutions).

Qualifications

• Engineering degree, you master project management (or wish to orient your career in this field).
• You have a particular interest in the nuclear field.
• Autonomous, rigorous, with a good analytical and synthesis mind (you have real writing skills and proven interpersonal skills).
• Proactive, you will contribute to process improvement (and bring real added value to projects).
