We are a fast-growing company in the renewable energy sector looking for a Power BI Reporting Engineer (M/F) to join our dynamic and innovative team.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Project Control Leader, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the reporting tools and dashboards necessary for project monitoring.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining a Power BI platform dedicated to monitoring project activities.
• Designing KPIs and dashboards covering: engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning.
• Ensuring continuous updating of indicators based on data provided by contractors.
• Developing solutions via Power Platform and Power Automate to automate reporting processes.
• Gathering the needs of technical teams and proposing suitable solutions.
• Designing intuitive, ergonomic, and consistent interfaces.
• Developing productivity monitoring tools and trend analyses.
• Producing summary dashboards for management.
• Collaborating closely with technical engineers and project teams.
• Promoting new Power BI features to users.
• Maintaining a user guide and a log of change requests.
• Participating in the continuous improvement of project reporting methods.

Profile

With an engineering degree or equivalent (Bac+5) and a passion for energy, this position is for you if:

• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in reporting roles in a highly technical environment.
• You have expertise in Power BI, Power Platform, Power Automate.
• You have a good understanding of EPC project environments.
• You possess excellent communication and field argumentation skills.
• You have the ability to assess the impact of discrepancies.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
