About Us

Within the R&D System Engineering & Support teams for our Marcy L'étoile site, you will join a team of about fifteen people. You will contribute to Software/Instrument Integration, testing, and especially support activities, in a multidisciplinary, cross-functional, and international context.

Your Role

In this context, you will be responsible for managing evolutions to be applied to our Vidas product lines (immunology), with your missions focusing on:

• Support to the customer service department: carrying out and monitoring technical investigations (log analysis, etc..)
• Support for the VIDAS range level 3 (anomaly investigations) and interface between level 2 support (Global Customer Service) and level 4 support (Software Development) while respecting procedures in place
• Management of system modifications and CAPA
• Participation in the development and implementation of small product evolutions and obsolescence management
• Management and testing of Cyber security patches
• Development of tools to continuously improve our products and provide feedback to internal teams
• Writing of user manuals, troubleshooting guides, FAQs, etc.
• Exceptionally organize and lead internal training sessions.
• You will also be responsible for deploying the continuous improvement process.

Your Profile

• Engineer degree (bac+5) in electronics, automation, IT, or system engineering.
• Very good knowledge of instrument or system development.
• 10+ years of experience in a similar technical role supporting complex systems.
• Adaptability and understanding of biology fields.
• Very good written and oral English level is required.
• Good programming skills are necessary to analyze logs, manage Windows evolutions, cybersecurity patches, etc.
• Rigorous and demanding, your communication skills allow you to gain the trust of the various departments involved in the design and support of our equipment.
• You possess good leadership, pedagogical skills, and good animation and communication abilities.
• You appreciate teamwork while being autonomous, and you know how to take initiative.
• Persuasive force, ability to unite, and great adaptability are also your strengths.
