Mission Description

The ASE will ensure leadership, technical direction, and support to the aircraft manufacturer and customers, as well as other CFM field personnel in the operation of assigned engines (LEAP-1A).

Its main tasks will be:

  • Interface with all levels of customer and company organization,
  • Provide on-site assessment of activities to anticipate issues,
  • Provide a comprehensive report of engine issues and customer requests.
  • Contribute to the improvement of products and services:
    • identify/capture perceptions and needs of operators and integrators in the field
    • propose corrective actions and areas for improvement
    • identify the occurrence of major events
    • ensure effective communication within the front office
