Lead Software Engineer

About

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will play a central role in our multidisciplinary team. You will be involved in both back-end and front-end aspects, with a global vision of projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize full-stack applications in a Java/Angular environment
• Work on modern Angular interfaces, while remaining open to other front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js) depending on project needs
• Take charge of the most complex developments and ensure the technical quality of deliverables
• Support, coach, and develop the skills of a team of developers
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science
• Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack development, with solid expertise in Java technologies (Spring, Hibernate...) and Angular
• Very good understanding of front-end and back-end challenges, with the ability to work across the entire technical chain
• Proven experience in technical team leadership, with a genuine passion for knowledge sharing and mentoring
• Ability to work in Agile and V-cycle environments, with rigor and autonomy
