Context

Cryostar, leader mondial sur le marché des équipements pour le traitement des gaz industriels et la production d’énergies, recherche un(e) stagiaire en Ingénieur(e) Product Management H/F afin de travailler au sein de la BU Distribution.

Dans un contexte de forte croissance et de structuration du pôle Product Management, nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire souhaitant contribuer au développement de l’offre produits, à la veille marché et à l’amélioration continue de nos processus internes. Le stage s’effectue au cœur d’un environnement stimulant, en interaction avec les équipes techniques, commerciales et marketing.

Project Objectives

Contribute to the development of Product Management

The intern will play a key cross-functional role in strengthening the efficiency, consistency, and visibility of Product Management within the Distribution BU.

Main Expected Contributions

• Consolidation and updating of product catalogs
• Analysis of customer needs and market trends
• Improvement of internal tools and processes
• Formalization and standardization of product documents
• Participation in product launches and presentations
• Contribution to the development of new options, features, or offerings

Main Missions

Product Offering Structuring

• Updating and harmonizing product sheets for the Distribution BU
• Participation in the analysis of existing portfolios and formulation of recommendations
• Contribution to the definition of product roadmaps

Support for Commercial & Marketing Development

• Development of communication materials (presentations, brochures, arguments…)
• Competitive intelligence on filling stations, cryogenic equipment, and packaging solutions
• Analysis of the perceived value of proposed solutions

Continuous Improvement & Digitalization

• Contribution to structuring product data in the ERP and internal tools
• Participation in the development of automation tools (configurator, technical matrices…)
• Identification of improvement areas to streamline exchanges between engineering, sales, and service teams

Market and Customer Needs Analysis

• Collection and consolidation of field feedback
• Participation in identifying promising segments and growth levers
• Production of summaries to guide product strategy

Profile Sought

• Training as an engineer (generalist or mechanical) or equivalent, with an interest in Product Management, product strategy, or industrial marketing
• Interest in technical and industrial environments
• Analytical skills, synthesis ability, and rigor
• Writing and organizational skills
• Curiosity, initiative, and autonomy
• Proficiency in the Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Knowledge of product management tools (ERP, PLM) would be a plus
