PROFILE:
- You hold a Master's degree (BAC +5) from an Engineering school or a university program in computer science.
- You have proven experience in software and/or hardware, systems engineering, and IVVQ activities.
- You wish to continuously update your expertise and design innovative solutions to meet your clients' needs.
- You wish to strengthen your expertise in one of the following areas: design, requirements management, development, testing, integration, or validation.
- You want to solve complex problems and be immersed in a stimulating environment.
- You have a team spirit and enjoy collaborative work.
- You have a synthetic and helicopter view of the organization.
- You are a mentor ready to share your knowledge.
- You are resourceful, analytical, and enjoy structuring your thoughts.

SKILLS:
- You can quickly understand the system in which you operate (key players, interactions, products, environment...).
- You know what the "design-to-cost" approach means.
- You are able to adapt and react to change.
- You are familiar with management and engineering tools such as DOORS, Polarion, TFS, JIRA.
- You are familiar with network configuration and administration.
- You have experience in managing projects or engineering activities.
ADDITIONAL ASSETS:
This need revolves around the Polarion tool and requirements specification.
WHAT WE CAN DO TOGETHER:
As a Systems Engineer at Thales, you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing and understanding client needs through advanced studies, simulations, mock-ups, models, and prototypes.
- Formalizing specifications and architecture used to propose the best solution or product to your clients.
- Preparing and carrying out integration, verification, and validation tests.
- Defining test plans and procedures for system-level tests.
- Ensuring technical integration and consistency of the system's design, interfaces, and performance.
- Designing the command and control system architecture.
- Demonstrating the solution to the client.
