Inhouse ERP Consultant

Your Tasks

• In-house consultant for our ERP system (INFOR M3) in the order processing department
• Independent planning, management, and implementation of IT and ERP projects, including coordination of internal and external stakeholders
• Analysis, documentation, and further development of ERP business processes, including communication to all subsidiaries
• Conducting user training, including creation of training materials
• Structured classification, prioritization, and coordination of support requests (2nd level)
• Organization of the IT back office

Your Profile

• Technical or commercial training at a HAK/HTL/FH or comparable qualification
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with ERP systems, ideally INFOR M3
• Experience in creating training materials
• Strong quality awareness and organizational talent
• Team player with a hands-on mentality
• Confident communication in German and English
• Independent and solution-oriented working style
• Willingness for further training and development as well as limited travel activities
