Inhouse ISO Implementer/Auditor

We are seeking an Inhouse ISO Implementer/Auditor for a full-time hybrid position based in Lagos, with some work-from-home flexibility. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, auditing, and maintaining ISO certifications, ensuring compliance with international standards. The role will include performing internal audits, documenting and analyzing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and assisting in ISO training and awareness campaigns for employees. The individual will liaise with various teams to ensure the continual improvement of quality management systems and prepare reports for management review. • *Qualifications** • Strong knowledge of ISO standards, implementation, and auditing processes • Experience with process management, risk assessment, and compliance requirements • Proficiency in preparing and maintaining quality documentation and reports • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Ability to conduct employee training and promote awareness of ISO standards • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other tools for data analysis and reporting • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Engineering, or related disciplines • Certification as an ISO Auditor or Lead Auditor is highly desirable • Experience in cybersecurity and IT security processes is an added advantage
