About the Role

To strengthen the HR team, we are currently looking for an Inhouse Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) who actively contributes to attracting new talent using modern recruiting methods and a good sense for people.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the entire recruiting process – from requirements analysis to hiring new employees
  • Development and optimization of recruiting channels and search strategies, including active sourcing
  • Building and maintaining a talent pool and using modern recruiting tools and methods
  • Advising managers on suitable recruiting strategies and market opportunities
  • Participation in employer branding projects
  • Planning and execution of trade fair and university appearances to attract new talent

Profile

  • Completed degree (e.g., Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology) or a commercial apprenticeship with corresponding further training
  • Professional experience in recruiting, ideally in a comparable environment
  • Very good understanding of modern recruiting methods, tools, and trends
  • Strong communication skills, a reliable demeanor, and an independent way of working
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
