About
Take on the Manufacturing Engineer role focused on injection molding and extrusion techniques to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. This position requires a proactive approach in a regulated industry environment.
You will report to the Director of Engineering, ensuring compliance and quality across all operations. With at least 2 years of engineering experience, you will handle product change management, identify process improvements, and support the Quality Management System through documentation and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement changes in manufacturing processes to drive quality
- Collaborate with Production to enhance assembly techniques and tools
- Maintain accurate BOMs and production instruction documents
- Analyze and interpret manufacturing data for performance insights
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ISO regulations
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in regulated manufacturing
- Familiarity with injection molding and quality assurance practices
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office; Solidworks skills are an asset
