Position: Innovation Brand Manager
Location: Hybrid (El Segundo, CA and/or Burbank/North Hollywood, CA)

Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end innovation for new product lines—from concept ideation through commercialization.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities through consumer insights, trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Develop compelling brand positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with R&D, operations, supply chain, and external partners to bring products to life.
  • Manage product development timelines, budgets, and key milestones.
  • Own packaging, pricing strategy, and product architecture decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure strong market entry and sustained growth.
  • Continuously evaluate product performance and iterate based on data and consumer feedback.

Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of experience in brand management, innovation, or product development within CPG.
  • Strong experience in consumable goods (e.g., food, beverage, supplements, or similar categories).
  • Proven track record of launching new products from concept to market.
  • Highly strategic thinker with the ability to execute and operate independently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment with high ownership.
  • Strong cross‑functional leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (required).
  • Experience: 5+ years (required); 7+ years (preferred).
