Key Responsibilities
- Drive agenda in L&D Committee meetings
- Assess onboarding and ongoing training content
- Review and develop tailored training materials
- Gather feedback to continuously improve programs
- Prepare performance reports for leadership
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in L&D
- Knowledge of technical frameworks and learning impact
- Ability to influence stakeholders and secure trust
- Highly organized with efficient management skills
- Understanding of CPA requirements expected
