Become a key player in Affirm’s mission as an Innovative Product Designer. You will lead user-focused design efforts, optimizing financial experiences in a remote-first setup.

As part of the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) team, your role as a Senior Product Designer involves guiding design teams through complex, ambiguous spaces and ensuring clarity in user interactions. Your collaboration with product and engineering partners will help deliver intuitive experiences, while your emphasis on research and experimentation will continually shape our product design ethos.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end design processes for product areas
• Own complex flows and establish success metrics
• Liaise with cross-functional teams for design excellence

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of product design experience
• Expertise in interaction and visual design
• Strong collaborative and communication skills
• Familiarity with data-informed decision making
• Mastery of tools like Figma and Notion
