You will define product solutions, manage project execution, and ensure alignment with customer specifications. Bring your knowledge of complex systems and materials to support innovative engineering practices within high-value manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product solutions and engineering scopes
• Manage technical project execution and customer communications
• Develop and maintain engineering standards and best practices
• Conduct feasibility assessments and identify engineering risks
• Oversee Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years in product or sales engineering
• Experience with complex systems in various industries
• Strong communication skills in English and French
• Proven ability in program/project execution
