About the role
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new leads through cold calls, emails, and social outreach
- Generate weekly reports for the sales team
- Work on quarterly projects and objectives
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and represent the company
Requirements
- Basic sales knowledge, including MEDIC and value-based selling methodologies
- Experience in prospecting, lead generation, and cold outreach
- Familiarity with automation workflows, CRM systems, and pipeline management
- Experience with sales development and discovery tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and field sales teams
- Experience organizing trade fairs, events, and customer visits
- Completed commercial or technical education; background in laboratory equipment sales is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field is an advantage
- Prior bioprocessing experience is beneficial
- Proven track record in cold calling, prospecting, and sales development
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office / Microsoft 365
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems; Power Automate knowledge is a plus
- Fluent English required; additional languages such as Spanish are an advantage
