We’re hiring an Account Executive to drive new business and expand strategic accounts in their territory. This role is built for someone who wants ownership, accountability, and the opportunity to grow into a top-performing seller.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage a pipeline of developers, architects, and general contractors
  • Prospect, qualify, and close high-value deals via outbound sales
  • Analyze project plans and tailor proposals to client needs
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth delivery and execution
  • Act as a trusted advisor and long-term partner to your accounts
  • Establish trust and relationships with key stakeholders across complex organizations

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, or equivalent experience (construction, real estate, or design preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication skills — confident on calls and in meetings
  • Consistency with a high level of ownership and accountability
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Operates with strong attention to detail in pipeline management, CRM hygiene, and deal execution tracking
  • Maintains discipline regardless of motivation
  • Experience with RFQs, project bidding, or construction sales is a plus

Compensation & Growth

  • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
  • Target earnings: $100K–$300K+ based on performance
