Inside Sales and Marketing Manager

About Us

An experienced and well-established development company is expanding — and we are looking for a high-level Inside Sales and Marketing Manager to help lead that growth.

This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking a seasoned professional with a proven background in inside sales and marketing who knows how to build systems, drive performance, and grow a team.

Requirements

• Strong experience using Pipedrive or (similar CRM, such as Salesforce)
• Proven ability to manage, track, and follow up on leads consistently
• Excellent communication skills — confident speaking with the public and clients
• Experienced in outbound calling, nurturing prospects, and closing opportunities
• Background in inside sales leadership and marketing strategy
• Ability to help expand the department and bring on additional team members
