Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Executives to join our growing sales team. The successful candidates will be responsible for generating revenue through the sale of Managed Services, Microsoft Licensing, and SSL Certificates to new and existing clients. This is a high-impact role suited to professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoy building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities across the assigned portfolio of Managed Services, Microsoft Licensing (including Microsoft 365, Azure, and CSP offerings), and SSL Certificates.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and discovery calls through to negotiation, closing, and handover to delivery teams.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Develop strong relationships with existing customers, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow account value.
  • Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions that align with client business objectives.
  • Collaborate with technical pre-sales, marketing, and vendor partners to deliver compelling proposals and quotations.
  • Stay current on Microsoft licensing programmes, SSL/PKI products, and managed services trends to position Prima Secure as a trusted advisor.
  • Respond promptly to inbound enquiries and convert marketing-qualified leads into closed business.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12 (essential); a relevant tertiary qualification in Sales, Business, or IT will be advantageous.
  • 2+ years of proven inside sales experience, within the IT, cybersecurity, or technology reseller space.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft licensing models (CSP, Open, Enterprise Agreements) is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with SSL certificates, managed IT services, or cybersecurity products is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
