About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in the DC market. This role is responsible for engaging prospective customers, nurturing leads, and driving revenue through phone, email, and virtual communication. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building relationships and closing deals.

Responsibilities

  • Provides outstanding customer service to all current and potential customers, mainly via telephone and internet
  • Writes orders with accuracy and in accordance to all sales policies and procedures
  • Maintain current customer base
  • Meet established monthly sales goals
  • Communicates and cooperates with outside sales force and/or other departments for all Frost pertinent activities
  • Communicate process improvement ideas
  • Timely follow-up on all customer orders, quotes, and materials
  • Maintains up-to-date awareness with new and existing products and services

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 1–3+ years of inside sales, customer service, or related experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Self-motivated with a competitive and positive attitude
