If you just cut clips and add trending music, this is NOT for you.
We’re looking for someone who understands retention, storytelling, and visual communication — someone who can turn raw ideas into sharp, engaging educational reels.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-retention Instagram reels (30–90 sec)
• Add clean, purposeful motion graphics (not random flashy nonsense)
• Structure content for hooks → value → payoff
• Work fast, iterate faster

Requirements

• Strong sense of pacing, timing, and attention economy
• Experience with motion graphics (After Effects / Premiere Pro)
• Ability to simplify complex ideas visually
• Understanding of what actually performs on Instagram (not guesswork)

• You’ve worked on educational / informative content
• You think like a content strategist, not just an editor
