About

In this role, you will be responsible for the organization, coordination, and management of all on-site assembly, commissioning, and maintenance work at the Oerlikon location. You will work closely with internal and external customers, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and with high quality.

What you can achieve

• Responsibility for the execution and organizational management of on-site work
• Point of contact for internal and external customers
• Supervision of assigned field service employees and creation of assembly schedules, considering resources such as consumables, tools, and personnel
• Monitoring and documentation of project progress and costs (reporting)
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality requirements
• Active minimization of project costs and risks, as well as process-oriented processing of deviation reports, including initiation of corrective actions
• Complete compilation, filing, and archiving of all relevant documentation (red marks, test reports, reports) for as-built creation and customer billing

What you bring

• Technical basic training and several years of experience in the assembly and/or commissioning of GIS systems
• Sound technical understanding; leadership experience is an advantage
• Technician school / Technical Salesperson qualification
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken; other languages are an advantage
• Confident demeanor and convincing communication skills, especially in collaboration with different cultures
• Teamwork, organizational skills, and assertiveness
• Willingness to travel to construction sites worldwide
• Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office
