About The Role

As Instrumentation, Control Systems and Telecom Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership of the discipline on the projects assigned to you. Acting as both a technical and managerial reference, you will lead a delivery team and serve as the main point of contact for the Project and the Client, ensuring the technical, economic, and contractual performance of the services delivered.

Main Responsibilities

Team leadership and organization

• Organize, coordinate, and lead the discipline delivery team
• Define objectives, priorities, schedules, and working methods
• Prepare and implement organizational and coordination procedures
• Carry out operational performance evaluations of team members

Technical responsibility

• Guide and validate technical choices to meet project requirements
• Represent the discipline to Project governance, clients, and partners
• Approve deliverables and ensure their technical and contractual compliance
• Integrate feedback and lessons learned at department level through dedicated workshops

Project, client, and partner interfaces

• Ensure, in coordination with the Project team, external interfaces (Client, partners, subcontractors, affiliated centers)
• Organize and lead interdisciplinary meetings
• Provide technical recommendations for subcontractor bids
• Technically validate construction and works contracts

Project follow-up, cost, and quality

• Monitor progress and man-hour budgets
• Analyze deviations and cost overruns
• Manage risks and changes
• Ensure reporting in accordance with project execution procedures
• Ensure integration of contractual aspects and compliance with quality procedures

Profile

• BTS (e.g. CIRA) or Engineering degree
• Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In a Similar Role
• Operational English required
