Job Summary

As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving new business revenue. Our team is dedicated to achieving monthly growth targets, both individually and collectively. You will receive comprehensive training in Salesforce, sales management, and business development to set you up for success.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

Your primary focus as an Account Executive will be to cultivate a robust book of business by:

  • Engaging with clients to comprehend their insurance needs and presenting tailored solutions from our extensive range of carriers to mitigate their household risks.

Compensation Summary

In your first year, you can expect to earn between $53,000 and $90,000, contingent on your performance. Our compensation structure includes uncapped commissions on new business and renewal commissions that generate passive income, significantly enhancing your overall earnings. Additionally, outstanding performers can earn a spot on our exclusive President's Club trip.

Experience And Education

  • Completion of the state licensing exam is required after hiring.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
