They are currently looking for a licensed and experienced Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to join their team.
Primary Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for a designated book of commercial lines business, ensuring all client needs are addressed professionally and efficiently.
- Strategic Thinking: Anticipate client needs and provide customized insurance solutions through strategic planning.
- Client Interactions: Establish and maintain strong client relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance on insurance products daily.
- Rate-Making and Underwriting: Display expertise in rate-making and possess a general understanding of underwriting processes to effectively support client requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate and work with team members to enhance workflow efficiency and address operational challenges.
Requirements
- Licensing: Must have a valid insurance license.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Proficient in insurance terminology, protection solutions, and policy applications.
- Familiar with rating processes and available insurance markets.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years working with commercial business.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of Applied TAM software preferred.
- Professionalism:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven reliability, integrity, and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Professional Designations:
- Preferred designations include CIC, CRM, ARM, CPCU, or AAI.
