Bellido Insurance Brokerage is seeking a Bilingual (English & Spanish) P&C LICENSED individual to service our commercial insurance accounts. Our retail brokerage is 95% commercial and 5% personal lines. We are a niche brokerage that specializes in the food industry, real estate, and contractors. About 75% of our clients are Hispanic. Our management system is Applied’s EPIC and we are fully paperless.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare ACORDS & supplemental applications to submit to insurance companies and wholesalers in order to obtain quotes for new business and renewals.
• Obtain loss runs from carriers.
• Rate on-line quotes for our direct carriers (Packages, general liability, property, Workers’ Compensation, & Commercial Umbrella).
• Review quotes and prepare agency proposals to send to clients and later review it with them.
• Obtain payments and signed applications from clients for new business and renewals and review them and then bind the lines.
• When policies are received or downloaded, check the policies and send them to clients with a letter. Also use that time to perform Account Rounding.
• Service accounts throughout the year (endorsements, certificates, evidence of property, etc.).
