Hire Resolve is seeking a dedicated Insure Adviser Assistant to join a premier financial services team in Modimolle. This junior-level role is ideal for a detail-oriented administrative professional with a strong background in the short-term insurance industry.
(This role would include benefits such as Medical Aid, Provident fund which are up to candidate to decide on)
Key Responsibilities
- Adviser Support: Manage the Adviser’s diary by arranging appointments with clients and prospects.
- Client Coordination: Greet guests upon arrival and act as the primary point of contact for redirecting calls and relaying messages.
- Administrative Management: Prepare prospective client files, handle expenses, and manage all incoming/outgoing mail.
- Policy Administration: Assist with policy amendments and the preparation of renewals.
- Office Logistics: Provide general office management and administration to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric) and a valid RE 5 Certificate.
- Experience: 3–5 years of relevant short-term insurance experience. Experience in underwriting and claims is highly beneficial.
- Technical Skills: Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Languages: Fluent in English and at least one other official South African language.
- Attributes: Resourceful and proactive with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
