Key Responsibilities
Insurance Product Development & Structuring
- Design and develop Life and Non-Life insurance products aligned with the company’s healthcare offerings.
- Lead product structuring, benefits design, exclusions, coverage limits, and pricing models.
- Conduct actuarial-informed pricing discussions with underwriting partners.
- Develop bundled healthcare‑insurance subscription models.
Underwriter & Insurance Partnership Management
- Identify and negotiate partnerships with reputable underwriting firms.
- Liaise with underwriters to structure risk‑sharing models.
- Manage SLAs, policy documentation, and product rollout processes.
Regulatory & Compliance Alignment
- Ensure products comply with guidelines set by the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM).
- Oversee documentation, disclosures, and regulatory filings where required.
- Ensure ethical and transparent policy communication to clients.
B2C Commercialization & Pipeline Development
- Develop go‑to‑market strategies for retail insurance products.
- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline.
- Conduct market research to identify pricing sensitivity, risk appetite, and demand trends.
- Drive subscriber acquisition through CRI’s clinics and community channels.
Risk Brokerage & Client Advisory
- Act as an internal risk broker for CRI clients.
- Provide advisory support on suitable coverage options.
- Analyze claims data and client risk profiles to refine product offerings.
Data, Reporting & Performance Management
- Track product performance metrics including:
- Conversion rates
- Claims ratio
- Loss ratio
- Retention rates
- Revenue per policy
- Maintain structured product and pipeline data dashboards.
- Provide monthly commercial and risk performance reports to leadership.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Actuarial Science, Finance, Business, or related field.
- 5 years’ minimum experience in insurance product development, underwriting liaison, or insurance brokerage.
- Strong experience in B2C insurance models.
- Proven ability to structure and price insurance products.
- Experience negotiating with underwriters.
- Strong analytical and data management capability.
- Understanding of healthcare‑linked insurance products is an advantage.
- Ability to conduct research, build a pipeline and manage data.
- Professional certifications (ACIIN, ACII, or equivalent) are a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools are required.
