The Supervisor, Integrated Channel Marketing, will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Communications, and responsible for effectively planning and executing channel marketing initiatives, activities, and communications (Consumer), as well as paid media campaigns that support Canon Canada’s sell-in and sell-through for B2B and B2C Channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising planning, execution, and optimization of all paid media campaigns to drive sales, support product marketing, and ensure performance goals.
  • Developing and monitoring strategic marketing programs for the Canon dealer channels
  • Collaborating with Business Planning and Sales to plan, develop, create, and execute quarterly promotions that drive sales targets and objectives across both the Consumer and Dealer channels.
  • Supervising the Consumer channel marketing team to support Product Marketing with product launches and ongoing sales tools creation
  • Organizing the Annual Consumer Channel Communication Calendars, including scheduling, developing, designing, and executing messages to support strategic initiatives
  • Overseeing the team to maintain dealer online and in-store merchandising, including retail fixtures, displays, and online content
  • Ensuring product launches in the dealer channel, including setup, announcements, and pre-disclosure presentations.
  • Working with Product Marketing and Technical Marketing teams to execute dealer-level online promotions.

To Succeed, You Will Have

  • Post-secondary education in business or marketing.
  • A minimum of five years of relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrate strong time management and multitasking skills to balance priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Apply analytical skills to generate reports, analyze data, and provide recommendations to management.
  • Demonstrate project and process management skills to contribute to projects of moderate scope across business teams.
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data entry, sorting, and filtering, and in PowerPoint or Google Slides for creating presentations.
  • Basic equipment operation skills to use Canon products.
