About the role

Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Integrated Marketing & Campaign Manager to lead a statewide marketing initiative focused on driving adoption of a Mobile ID platform and digital wallet integrations (Apple Wallet & Samsung Wallet).

This role will own the development and execution of a multi-channel, statewide marketing strategy, combining digital, traditional, and community-based campaigns to increase user enrollment and business adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, integrated marketing strategy
  • Lead statewide and regional campaign rollouts
  • Align marketing efforts with major product launches
  • Partner with business development teams to support B2B adoption

Digital & Paid Media

  • Manage paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube)
  • Oversee media buying and budget allocation
  • Develop television advertising campaigns

Content & Creative Development

  • Oversee digital and print marketing assets
  • Ensure brand alignment and compliance
  • Develop training guides and materials

Email & Social Media Marketing

  • Lead bi-monthly email campaigns
  • Manage social media strategy and content calendar

Earned Media & Public Relations

  • Develop earned media strategies
  • Write press releases and support outreach

Community & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Coordinate outreach at events and venues
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Track KPIs and campaign metrics
  • Deliver reports and dashboards
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 7+ years in marketing or campaign management
  • Experience with large-scale campaigns
  • Expertise in paid media, SEO/SEM, and email marketing
  • Experience with TV/media buying
  • Strong analytics and reporting skills
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder communication

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in regulated or public sector environments
  • Experience with product launches or digital platforms
  • Familiarity with mobile apps or fintech ecosystems
